Since the advent of lasers in the 1960s, scientists have hoped to develop laser weapons and have persevered in their efforts. However, to develop this new weapon, scientists face a number of technical challenges: first, the need to develop lasers with sufficient output power or energy, and second, the need to develop tools that enable precise targeting and tracking of the laser beam System, but also understand the characteristics of high energy (power) laser beam in the atmosphere and find out how to solve the problem of laser beam transmission. Finally, we need to study the interaction mechanism between laser and target material and provide the technical basis for designing laser weapon. For more than 40 years, scientists have been fighting the scientific challenges of these technical challenges
