急性脑血管意外与心脏之间的关系越来越多地引起了神经科和心脏内科医生的注意。并已提出了“脑-心卒中”、“心-脑卒中”和“心脑同源卒中”等学说。我们搜集了河北玉田抗震医院1977年8月～78年2月内科住院的急性脑血管意外35例,唐山市工人医院1973年9月～77年12月住院的急性脑血管意外184例,共计219例。现就其心电图改变和发病原理分析如下:
The relationship between acute cerebrovascular accidents and the heart is increasingly drawing the attention of neurologists and cardiologists. And have put forward such theories as brain-stroke, heart-stroke and cardio-cerebral stroke. We collected 35 cases of acute cerebrovascular accident hospitalized in Hebei Yutian Seismic Hospital from August 1977 to February 1978 and 184 cases of acute cerebrovascular accident hospitalized in Tangshan Workers’ Hospital between September 1973 and December 1977 for a total of 219 example. Now on the ECG changes and pathogenesis as follows:
