以另外3种粉末为参照物,研究了可压性淀粉的压缩性和成型性。对这些性质通过分析其上冲力与最大模壁力、残余模壁力、弹性复原率的关系,应力缓和及Heckel图,并加以探讨。结果证明:可压性淀粉的良好的可压性是由于对原淀粉颗粒进行处理后,其表面性质发生变化并产生大量的非结晶区域;当其受压时表现为塑性流动而导致塑性变形,使颗粒间紧密接触并互相楔住,同时又可在颗粒间形成氢键结合,使成为坚固的压实体。
Using three other powders as reference, the compressibility and formability of compressible starch were studied. The nature of these properties is analyzed by analyzing the relationship between the upper and upper mold wall forces, residual mold wall force and elastic recovery rate, stress relaxation and Heckel diagram. The results show that the compressibility of the compressible starch is due to the change of the surface properties of the original starch granules and the production of a large amount of non-crystalline area. When it is pressed, the starch granules behave as a plastic flow and cause plastic deformation, So that the particles in close contact with each other and wedge, but also in the formation of hydrogen bonds between the particles to make a solid compact body.
