目前,我们平顶山市地税局内辖十二个征收局和一个稽查局,在各征收局建立了稽查分局,共有稽查人员212人,几年来,在贯彻总局“两个转移”推进征管改革的过程中,我们始终把稽查工作摆在“重中之重”的位置上,使稽查工作走上了科学化、制度化、规范化的轨道,有力地推进了稽查工作的开展。1997年,我市两级稽查部门共检查纳税户1256户,查处入库税款、罚款、滞纳金5400万元,是1996年度入库3400万元的158%,市稽查局被市局评为目标管理“优胜单位”,被省局评为“征管改革先进单位”,被省委、省政府命名为“省级文明单位”。我们的具体做法是:
