我国很多城镇和农村,特别是边远山区,木构架房屋是民居的主要建筑形式之一。在云南多数地区处于地震烈度七度以上,建筑必须考虑抗震。本文从滇西普遍采用的一种住宅的特点及其震害情况,探讨木构架房屋的抗震性能。实践证明,此种房屋只要使用得当,结合当前的实际情况,采取适当措施,可以经受高烈度地震的考验,在某些方面比同类砖混结构房屋还好。
In many cities, towns and villages in China, especially in remote mountain areas, wooden frame houses are one of the main architectural forms of residential buildings. In most areas of Yunnan, seismic intensity is more than seven degrees, and the building must consider earthquake resistance. This article discusses the seismic performance of timber-framed buildings from the characteristics of a type of dwelling commonly used in western Yunnan and its damage conditions. Practice has proved that such housing can be subjected to high-intensity earthquakes as long as it is used properly, combined with current actual conditions, and it can withstand the test of high-intensity earthquakes. In some respects, it is better than similar brick-concrete structures.
