1目的 探讨鹿茸对枯草杆菌的促菌作用。 2方法 采用微量量热法 ,用热活性检测仪对枯草杆菌在鹿茸影响下的热谱图进行测定。按指数生长模型计算出生长速率常数和总发热量 ,进而求出最佳用药质量浓度。3结果 鹿茸对枯草杆菌促菌作用的最佳药物质量浓度为 2 .2 85× 10 - 3g/ L.4结论 鹿茸对枯草杆菌的生长有促进作用
1 Objective To investigate the antler’s promotion of Bacillus subtilis. 2 Methods The microcalorimetry method was used to measure the thermograms of Bacillus subtilis under the influence of antler. According to the exponential growth model, the growth rate constant and the total calorific value were calculated, and the optimal drug concentration was calculated. 3 Results The optimum concentration of pilose antler for promoting Bacillus subtilis was 2.28×10−3g/L.4 Conclusions Antler could promote the growth of Bacillus subtilis.
