在我们的传统文化中,对情绪有很深的误解。认为产生情绪对一个人的成熟度、修养有所损伤。所以,希望人们最好不要“有”情绪。其实,情绪是人类非常自然的反应状态。当有危险的外在刺激出现,我们就会产生害怕的生理反应及感受,促使我们有更多的能量警觉而逃走,达到保护自己和家人的目的。当有外力要侵犯我们,发怒能吓退敌人或争取到生存的空间。情绪是我们生命的重要部分,了解它、接纳它,进而管理它,就是我们要认真完成的课题。
In our traditional culture, there is a deep misunderstanding of emotions. Think of the maturity of a person’s emotions, self-cultivation damage. So, I hope people do not want “” emotions. In fact, emotion is a very natural human reaction state. When there are dangerous external stimuli, we will have a fear of physiological reactions and feelings, prompting us to have more energy alert and escape, to protect themselves and their families. When there is an external force to infringe upon us, anger can scare off the enemy or win a place to survive. Emotions are an important part of our lives. Understanding it, accepting it, and then managing it is the subject we must conscientiously complete.
