为实现新型车辆安装座的熔模铸造生产,拟订了6种工艺方案,采用直觉式平台Pidex进行三维建模、华铸Inte Cast与浩宇Hy Cast进行数值模拟,并进行了试生产。对铸件进行外观检测与X射线检测,验证铸造CAE的模拟结果。采用三维扫描技术进行蜡模和零件的尺寸检测,应用Inspect软件进行尺寸和形位公差检测。综合比较,确定了最优铸造工艺方案,完成了生产任务。
In order to realize the investment casting production of the new type of vehicle mount, six kinds of technological schemes have been drawn up, three-dimensional modeling using Pidex of intuitionistic platform, numerical simulation of Inte Cast and Hyyu Hy Cast have been carried out, and the trial production has been carried out. The castings were examined for appearance and X-ray inspection to verify the simulation results of casting CAE. Using 3D scanning technology for the wax mold and parts of the size detection, the application of Inspect software for the size and shape of tolerance detection. Comprehensive comparison, to determine the optimal casting process plan, completed the production task.
