目的 介绍自行研制的可调节加压抗旋式骨折整复器及其临 床应用效果。方法 采用该整复器治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折72例,对其临床资 料及整复器的结构特点进行总结分析。结果 72例均获随访,时间2~4年 。按马元璋疗效评定标准,优62例(86.1%),良10例(13.9%)。骨折均愈合,无股骨头 坏死或塌陷。结论 该整复器适用于各种类型的新鲜股骨颈骨折,对骨折 的固定既可加压抗旋,又可上下调节,简单易行,创伤小,便于推广。“,”Objective To introduce a self-designed adjust able antirotary femo ral neck fracture reduction apparatus, and its effect in clinical application. Methods The structure features of the apparatus were analyzed, 72 cases of femoral neck fracture were treated by the apparatus, and the clinica l data reviewed. Results The average follow-up period was 3 ye ars and 2 months. The excellent and good results were seen in 62 cases (68.1%) and 10 cases (13.9%) respectively. All fractures healed without necrosis or col lapse of femoral head. Conclusion The reduction appara tus has automatic compressive, antirotary, and adjustable effects. It can be app lied to treat all kinds of fresh femoral neck fracture. The successful results p rove t hat this method fix reliably, operate conveniently, produce little wound, and po pularize easily.
