目的调查电子加工业的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出防护对策,切实保护从业人员的身体健康。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查,按照生产工艺流程,对工作场所中主要职业病危害因素进行检测分析。结果该公司以生产电感线圈为主,主要职业病危害因素为铅烟、苯及苯系物、噪声,所测各项卫生学指标中,甲苯超标率为30%,二甲苯超标率为29%,主要分布在浸漆、刷胶岗位。结论电子加工业中职业危害因素较多,其中浸漆、焊锡、刷胶岗位危害较重,应采取有效职业防护,并定期开展职业病危害因素监测,组织从业人员进行职业健康检查,完善职业健康监护档案。
Objective To investigate the occupational hazards and their harmfulness in electronic processing industry and put forward countermeasures to protect their health. Methods According to the survey of occupational health in the field and according to the production process, the main occupational hazards in the workplace were detected and analyzed. Results The company focused on the production of inductive coils. The main occupational hazard factors were lead smoke, benzene and benzene series, and noise. Among the various hygiene indicators tested, the exceeding standard rate of toluene was 30%, that of xylene exceeded 29% Mainly located in the dipping paint, brush plastic posts. Conclusion There are many occupational hazards in the electronic processing industry, among which the impregnation, soldering and brushing jobs are more harmful. Effective occupational protection should be taken and regular monitoring of occupational hazards should be carried out. The occupational health examination should be organized to improve occupational health monitoring file.
