目的:研究薜荔叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等色谱分离方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定各单体化合物的结构。结果:从薜荔叶中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:蒲公英赛醇(1)、蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯(2)、(23Z)-cycloart-en-3β,25-di-ol(3)、3β-acetoxycycloartan-24-al(4)、(24R)-6β-hydroxy-24-ethyl-cholest-4-en-3-one(5)、β-谷甾醇(6),7-keto-β-sitosterol(7)、反式对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(8)、pubinernoid A(9)、dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alchol(10)、羟吲哚(11)。结论:其中,化合物4和9~11均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2、4、5和8~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Litchi leaves. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, HPLC and other chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from Litchi leaf and identified as: dandelion alcohol (1), tigonol acetate (2), (23Z) -cycloart-en-3β, 25-di-ol 3-acetoxycycloartan-24-al (4), (24R) -6β-hydroxy-24-ethyl- cholest-4-en- -β-sitosterol (7), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid ethyl ester (8), pubinernoid A (9), dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alchol (10), oxindole (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 4 and 9 ~ 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compounds 2, 4, 5 and 8 ~ 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
