内容提要:资费策略,作为市场营销的重要手段——对我国移动通信业的盈利起到举足轻重的作用。本文分析了移动通信业盈利模式演进过程,提出要向基于价值优先原则的收入、规模综合均衡盈利模式转型,并构建了与之匹配的积木式定价模型。
Description: Tariff strategy, as an important means of marketing, plays an important role in the profitability of China’s mobile communication industry. This paper analyzes the evolution of the profit model of the mobile communications industry, and proposes the transformation of the integrated and balanced revenue model based on the principle of value priority, and builds a matching model of the building blocks pricing model.
