研究了肺心营养合剂(PX)对慢性缺氧大鼠的肺循环、脑膜微循环、肺血管改建以及肺脑血管对急性缺氧反应的影响。结果:大鼠低压缺氧21d复制慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压,缺氧前5周开始进食PX者肺动脉平均压(Ppa)、肺血管对急性缺氧的收缩反应均比单纯慢性缺氧对照组低[Ppa分别为(2.46±0.10)、(3.64±0.11)kPa,△Ppa%分别为(2.05±0.98)%、(13.25±1.91)%,P<0.01],右室/(室间隔+左室)的重量比值亦明显低于缺氧对照组(P<0.01),二组的急性缺氧性脑血管扩张反应(HCVD)差别无显著性(P>0.05)。PX能阻抑慢性缺氧所造成的肺中伴行于小气道的无肌动脉肌化和肌型小动脉中膜增厚。提示:PX能阻抑大鼠慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压、右心肥大及肺血管改建,能抑制缺氧性肺血管收缩反应而不影响缺氧性脑血管扩张反应。
The effects of Feixin Nutrition Mixture (PX) on pulmonary circulation, meninges microcirculation, pulmonary vascular remodeling and pulmonary and cerebrovascular responses to acute hypoxia in rats with chronic hypoxia were studied. Results: Hypoxic 21d hypoxia chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension, 5 weeks before hypoxia began to eat the average pulmonary artery pressure of Pp (Ppa), pulmonary vascular contraction of acute hypoxia than the chronic hypoxia control group Ppa were (2.46 ± 0.10) and (3.64 ± 0.11) kPa, respectively, and Ppa% were (2.05 ± 0.98)% and (13.25 ± 1.91) %, P <0.01]. The weight ratio of right ventricular / (interventricular septum + left ventricle) was also significantly lower than that of hypoxia control group (P <0.01). The acute hypoxic cerebrovascular dilatation HCVD) was no significant difference (P> 0.05). PX can inhibit non-myogenic muscular and medial thickening of the muscular arterioles associated with small airways caused by chronic hypoxia. Tip: PX can inhibit chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension in rats, right ventricular hypertrophy and pulmonary vascular reconstruction, can inhibit hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction reaction without affecting the hypoxic cerebral dilatation.
