通过实地调查研究发现,以浏阳市农村为代表的中小学英语教学中存在师资配备不足、教师教育心理学等专业知识有待增长,教材选取、教学时间安排受限等问题。本文从认知迁移理论出发,对上述问题进行原因探究,并据此提出教育部门应当深入一线教学课堂、提供教师交流的机会,并结合农村发展现状,探究教材适用性。中小学英语教师要加强理论学习、把握交流机会,活用理论知识、加强学生研究,梳理、整合教材知识点,统整教学内容。
Through field investigation and study, it is found that problems such as teachers ’lack of equipment, teachers’ educational psychology and other professional knowledge need to be increased, teaching materials selection and teaching schedule are limited exist in primary and secondary school English teaching in Liuyang city. Based on the theory of cognitive transfer, this article explores the reasons for the above problems and proposes that the education department should deepen the first-class teaching classrooms and provide opportunities for teachers to exchange ideas. Combining with the current situation of rural development, this article explores the applicability of teaching materials. English teachers in primary and secondary schools should strengthen theoretical study, seize opportunities for exchange, apply theoretical knowledge, strengthen students’ research, sort out and integrate the knowledge points of teaching materials, and unify teaching contents.
