随着“三下”压煤开采量的大幅增长,主要利益相关方政府、企业与农民之间的利益冲突不断升级。文章从非完全信息的静态博弈角度进行分析,就三方的博弈体系建立了博弈模型,对解决“三下”压煤开采中企业与农民利益冲突提出建议。同时,从合作博弈的角度切入,利用博弈工具,寻求利益共赢,以实现长期稳定的合作。 With the substantial increase in coal mining volume under the “three times”, the conflicts of interest between the government, the enterprises and the peasants of the major stakeholders are constantly escalating. The article analyzes the static game of incomplete information, sets up the game model based on the game system of three parties, and puts forward suggestions to solve the conflict of interests between enterprises and peasants in the “three times” coal mining. At the same time, from the point of view of cooperative game, using game tools to seek win-win benefits in order to achieve long-term and stable cooperation.
