Trains, cars on the move, in order to reduce the bumpy vibration, are equipped with anti-vibration device. The human body also has a set of such devices. In our day-to-day activities, intense strenuous shocks and recoil shocks often strike the ground during walking, especially in strenuous exercise such as running and jumping, posing a threat to bones, internal organs and the brain. Strangely enough, however, each of us is safe and sound, and the shock and recoil forces have not caused us any damage. It turned out that this is what we have a body “shock absorber ”. It is similar to the spring and water cushion-like buffer system, which can effectively absorb shocks, shocks, plays an important balance and protection of the human body.
