为了适应高效、高精度加工造纸过滤筛网板的孔和梯形槽的要求,降低工人的劳动强度,设计了一种专用数控钻铣床。其结构主要包括钻铣工作台、底座、横梁、纵梁,以及通过左右纵梁安装的铣总成和钻总成。铣总成的6把成形盘铣刀通过隔套安装在铣刀轴上铣削梯形槽;钻总成采用6个电主轴的设计,分别安装3把成形中心钻钻底孔,3把成形钻头实现扩孔或铰孔。试验结果表明加工效率和加工精度远高于先前使用摇臂钻床和单臂刨床作业的效果,使工人劳动强度大大降低。该钻铣组合数控机床具有较好的应用前景。
In order to meet the requirements of efficiently and accurately processing the holes and trapezoidal grooves of papermaking screen plate and reducing the labor intensity of workers, a special CNC milling machine is designed. Its structure mainly includes drilling and milling table, base, beams, stringers, and through the left and right side beams installed milling assembly and drill assembly.
