关于子痫前期和子痫母胎时免疫关系的紊乱已有过描述。这些病人的胎盘、肾小球和Kupfer细胞中可发现免疫复合物的沉积物。推测这些沉积物来源于病人血中形成的循环免疫复合物(CIC)。事实上CIC已在子痫前期病人的血中测到,但由于正常孕妇血中也有发现,使CIC在子痫前期和子痫发病机理中的作用有争议。而且,因为用不同的方法产生的结果矛盾故对孕妇的CIC难以评价。鉴于这些事实,作者决定用一种与以前不同的测定方法
Disorders related to the immune relationship in preeclampsia and eclampsia have been described. Immune complex deposits can be found in the placenta, glomeruli, and Kupfer cells of these patients. It is speculated that these deposits originate from the circulating immune complex (CIC) formed in the patient’s blood. In fact, CIC has been detected in the blood of preeclampsia patients, but the role of CIC in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and eclampsia is controversial as is also found in the blood of normal pregnant women. Moreover, CICs for pregnant women are difficult to assess because of contradictory results produced by different methods. In view of these facts, the author decided to use a different assay than before
