在对泽泻(Alisima orientale)生物活性成分的研究过程中,发现两种新三萜成分具有血管舒张怍用,并进行了分离和鉴定。将泽泻根茎的甲醇提取物置于乙酸乙酯-水混合溶剂中,乙酸乙酯可溶性部分经普通和逆相硅胶柱层析及HPLC层析,得alismalactone23-乙酸酯(1,0.0031％)、alismaketones-A23-乙酸酯(2,0.0022％)、-B 23-乙酸酯(0.0019％)、-C乙酸酯(0.0014％)、-D 23-乙酸酯(0.0010％)、-E 23-乙酸酯(0.0010％)、-F 23-乙酸酯(0.0012％)、-G
During the study of the bioactive components of Alisima orientale, two new triterpenoids were found to have vasodilatory properties and were isolated and identified.
