目的 :评价带角膜缘上皮的球结膜移植并用丝裂霉素C预防胬肉切除后复发。方法 :对 89例 91眼翼状胬肉采用胬肉切除加带角膜上皮的球结膜移植并运用丝裂霉素C治疗 ;另取对照组 42例 43眼胬肉采用“巩膜暴露法”治疗。结果 :随访观察本组 3～ 2 7月 ,有 3眼复发 ,占 3 .41% ;对照组 3～ 3 1月有 7眼复发 ,占 16.2 8%。两组比较有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :本法治疗翼状胬肉是预防复发的有效方法之一。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate conjunctival transplantation with corneal limbal epithelium and to prevent the recurrence of pterygium with mitomycin C. Methods: Ninety - one 91 eyes of pterygium were treated with pterygium excision and conjunctival transplantation of corneal epithelium and treated with mitomycin C. Another 42 cases of 43 pterygium were treated with “scleral exposure” in the control group. Results: The follow-up observation of this group 3 to 2 months, 3 eyes had a recurrence, accounting for 3.41%; control group 3 ~ 3 in January there were 7 eyes recurred, accounting for 16.28%. The two groups were significant (P <0 05). Conclusion: The treatment of pterygium is an effective way to prevent recurrence.
