随着社会经济的发展,许多企业对于采购环节越来越重视。加强对于采购过程的管理,降低企业的采购成本,增加企业采购的材料的数量,减少企业的支出,节约企业的成本,为企业的经济效益做出应有的贡献,是加强采购过程监管的重要作用。但目前,在我国的许多工程项目中由于对于采购环节的监管不利,造成了工程项目原材料购买的质量底下,数量较少,间接的照成了豆腐渣工程的增加和数量的提成。分析和研究现有的市场行情下工程项目中采购监管的问题和隐患,深入探究找出其解决的建议和方法,提高采购环节的质量和效率,增强企业的经济效益,节约企业的成本支出,为企业的可持续发展做出贡献。
