The Central Civilization Commission of China Requests to Learn and Practice the Socialist Concept of Honor and Disgrace. On May 19th, the “Opinions of the Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Steering Committee on Deepening Learning and Practicing Socialist Honor and Disgrace Views and Strengthening Ideological and Moral Construction” was published. The “Opinions” require continuously deepening the study and practice of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and vigorously promote ideological and moral construction. The Three Gorges Dam was completed on May 20. The dam on the right bank of the Three Gorges Water Control Project on the Yangtze River was more than expected.
