目的探讨医学院高职办学条件的学生满意度,为医学院管理工作提供科学依据。方法 采用现场研究方法进行研究。结果 医学院成教高职教学生对教师素质和水平、所学专业、学生宿舍管理和教学质量的满意度最高,分别为57.2%、55.8%、33.7和27.0%,对学校最不满意是校园文化生活,不满意达46.0%,其次为专业课程设置和学时安排,为39.7%。成教高职教学生对学校教学质量、专业课程设置和学时安排和学生宿舍管理满意度差异有显著性(P≤0.004),高职教学生满意度高于成教学生。结论 医学院成教高职教具有良好的师资队伍和教学质量,建议学校加强校园文化建设,改进学生宿舍管理,科学合理设置课程和学时安排。
Objective To explore the satisfaction of students in higher vocational schools in medical colleges and provide a scientific basis for the management of medical schools. Methods Using field research methods. Results The higher vocational college students were most satisfied with the quality and level of their teachers, majors, dormitory management and teaching quality, which were 57.2%, 55.8%, 33.7% and 27.0% respectively. The least satisfied with the school was the campus culture Living, unsatisfactory up to 46.0%, followed by professional courses and time arrangements, was 39.7%. The higher vocational education students have significant differences in the quality of teaching, the professional curriculum and the satisfaction of their schooling arrangements and student dormitory management (P≤0.004), while the higher vocational education students’ satisfaction is higher than that of adult students. Conclusions The medical teaching of adult education in vocational schools has a good teaching staff and teaching quality. It is suggested that schools should strengthen the construction of campus culture, improve the management of dormitories, set up courses scientifically and rationally.
