本文叙述了一种用于处理低角跟踪雷达问题的(基于Gram-Schmidt正交化方法的)非对称型最大似然接收机。其中,接收信号的直射分量和多径镜面反射分量从任意方向射向阵列天线。此外,用以Fisher的F统计量为基础的一种简单试验,我们就能确定入射至阵列的波的最可能数量。该处理器适用于希望对雷达扫描空间中出现的多个目标进行跟踪的情况。因此,本文所述估值器也适用于确定淹没在白高斯噪声中的多个正弦波频率的一般问题。
This article describes an asymmetric maximum-likelihood receiver (based on the Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization method) for handling low-angle tracking radar problems. Here, the direct and multipath specular components of the received signal are directed from any direction to the array antenna. In addition, with a simple experiment based on Fisher’s F-statistic, we can determine the most likely number of waves incident on the array. This processor is ideal for situations where you want to track multiple targets that appear in the radar scan space. Therefore, the estimators described in this article also apply to the general problem of determining multiple sinusoidal frequencies submerged in white Gaussian noise.
