介绍了用真空热压扩散结合工艺制取的硼/铝复合材料板材的力学行为,分析了板材试样拉伸强度与断口形貌之间的关系。研究表明,用带碳化硼涂层的钨芯硼纤维增强铝时,真空热压工艺有较大的宽容度。但为了得到最佳的拉伸性能,获取“中肯”的界面结合是必需的。
The mechanical behavior of boron / aluminum composite plates prepared by vacuum hot-pressure diffusion bonding process was introduced. The relationship between the tensile strength of the plate samples and the fracture morphology was analyzed. The research shows that the vacuum hot-pressing process has greater latitude when aluminum is reinforced by tungsten-boron-coated boron fiber with boron carbide coating. But in order to get the best tensile properties, it is necessary to get a “fair” combination of interfaces.
