在一简化了的化学模拟体系—凝胶介质中,首先对胆结石中存在的二价铜、钙、镁及三价铁等主要金属离子各自的作用分别进行了研究。发现凝胶介质中金属离子和胆酸(根)的相互作用与离子种类有关:有的形成了球形颗粒沉淀;有的形成了周期性的沉淀带(环);还有的在形成周期性沉淀的同时,产生了分形结构。在多离子体系中,发现不同离子之间既相互作用,相互协作又相对独立。表明了金属离子和胆酸之间的相互作用与胆结石中的环状结构有密切的联系,为深入研究胆结石中环结构的形成提供了重要的实验证据和线索。
In a simplified chemical modeling system - gel media, the respective roles of the major metal ions such as divalent copper, calcium, magnesium and ferric ions present in gallstones were studied first. It is found that the interaction between metal ions and cholic acid in the gel medium is related to the ionic species: some form the precipitation of spherical particles; some form periodic precipitation bands (rings); others form periodic precipitates At the same time, a fractal structure was created. In a multi-ion system, we find that different ions interact with each other and are relatively independent and cooperative. It is shown that the interaction between metal ions and cholic acid is closely related to the ring structure in gallstones and provides important experimental evidence and clues for further study on the formation of ring structure in gallstones.
