上海,1999年5月19日,一项针对中国消费者的调查显示,“健康与营养”正在成为刺激中国消费者坚果消费的首要因素。研究同时还证实,中国老百姓对于坚果十分热衷:70%的被调查对象每月至少吃一次坚果,49%的人每周吃1至2次。 该项调查是由美国加州杏仁商会发起,由世界知名的专业消费者调研公司美国盖洛普公司完成的。调查显示,42%的中国消费者食用坚果的原因是因为这些坚果“营养又健康”。39%的人选择坚果是因为它“松脆与良好的口感”,35%的人觉得“特别有味道”,另外的23%则认为坚果是“绝好的休闲食品”。
Shanghai, May 19, 1999 A survey of Chinese consumers shows that “health and nutrition” is becoming the number one factor in stimulating Chinese consumers’ nut consumption. The study also confirmed that Chinese people are very keen on nuts: 70% of the respondents eat at least once a month nuts, 49% of people eat 1-2 times a week. The survey was initiated by the California Almond Chamber of Commerce and completed by Gallup, a world-renowned professional consumer research firm. The survey shows that 42% of Chinese consumers eat nuts because the nuts are “nutritious and healthy.” Thirty-nine percent chose nuts because it was “crispy and good,” 35% said they were “particularly flavorful,” and 23% said nuts were “excellent snack foods.”
