目的:探讨胎儿颈部透明层厚度(NT)超声技术在胎儿结构畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:抽取2019年1月至2019年12月郑州市第七人民医院收治的82例孕妇,均行NT检查。依据羊水穿刺、DNA检查及最终妊娠结果,统计NT超声技术对胎儿结构畸形的漏诊和误诊情况。结果:82例孕妇中NT超声检出胎儿结构畸形26例,其中淋巴管瘤、全前脑、无脑儿畸形占比较高,分别为42.30%(11/26)、23.08%(6/26)、15.38%(4/26)。NT检查漏诊1例,误诊1例。结论:NT超声技术能有效筛查胎儿结构畸形,可帮助孕妇早期发现胎儿异常。“,”Objective:To investigate the value of nuchal translucency (NT) ultrasound technology in the screening of fetal structural malformations.Methods:A total of 82 pregnant women admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected for NT examination. According to the results of amniocentesis, DNA examination and final pregnancy, the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of fetal structural abnormalities by NT ultrasound technology were counted.Results:Among 82 pregnant women, 26 cases of fetal structural abnormalities were detected by NT ultrasound. Among them, lymphangioma, total forebrain, and anencephaly malformations accounted for 42.30% (11/26), 23.08% (6/26) and 15.38%(4/26)respectively. One case was missed and one case was misdiagnosed by NT examination.Conclusions:NT ultrasound technology can effectively screen for fetal structural abnormalities, and can help pregnant women find fetal abnormalities early.
