同种肾移植治疗不可恢复的慢性肾功能衰竭,已在各地广泛开展,取得了一定疗效。我院于1977年10月～1978年9月共作同种肾移植10例。受者男性7例,女性3例,年龄16～42岁,均为慢性肾小球肾炎发展至尿毒症阶段。入院时,病人有不同程度的水肿、贫血和高血压。2例合并心衰、肺水肿,1例合并心包炎,1例有中等度腹水,尿量一般在200～400毫升。血非旦白氮75～160毫克,尿素氮72～100毫克,肌酐6～15.8
The same kinds of kidney transplantation for the treatment of irreversible chronic renal failure, has been widely carried out around, and achieved some results. Our hospital in October 1977 ~ September 1978 a total of 10 cases of kidney transplantation. Recipients 7 males and 3 females, aged 16 to 42 years old, all with chronic glomerulonephritis developed to uremia stage. At admission, the patient had varying degrees of edema, anemia and hypertension. 2 cases of combined heart failure, pulmonary edema, 1 case of combined pericarditis, 1 case of moderate ascites, urine output is generally 200 ~ 400 ml. Blood non-denitrified nitrogen 75 ~ 160 mg, urea nitrogen 72 ~ 100 mg, creatinine 6 ~ 15.8
