介绍了ICP光谱法测定铁合金中磷元素的方法。磷的分析谱线选为178.287nm,线性相关系数P=0.999,测量结果 RSD(n=10)为0.48%~0.71%,差值均在允许误差之内。该方法准确快速、试剂用量少、线性范围宽,适用于硅锰、锰铁、硅铁、钒氮、钒铁等多种铁合金中质量分数为0.02%~0.5%的磷测定。
A method for the determination of phosphorus in ferroalloy by ICP spectrometry is introduced. The analytical spectrum of phosphorus was 178.287 nm, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999, and the RSD (n = 10) was 0.48% -0.71%. The difference was within the allowable error. The method is accurate and rapid, with less reagent dosage and wide linear range. It is suitable for the determination of phosphorus in mass fraction of 0.02% ~ 0.5% in ferrosilicon, such as silicomanganese, ferromanganese, ferrosilicon, vanadium nitrogen and vanadium iron.
