抽油机是油田中最常见的石油开采设备,抽油机的形式多种多样,既有游梁式的,也有无游梁式的,其中游梁式抽油机的技术已经相对成熟,然而在石油开采过程中也会存在着环境污染、能耗高且利用率低等问题,这不仅提高了成本,而且也会产生一些负面的影响,本文主要研究的是游梁式抽油机,对其机械系统进行了研究和设计,首先对抽油机机械系统设计理论进行了分析和介绍,然后完成了机械系统的设计和动力学分析。
The pumping unit is the most common oil extraction equipment in the oil field. The pumping unit has various forms, such as the beam type and the beam type.
