在市场经济条件下,随着改革的不断深化,文化赞助的问题会越来越突出。许多文化事业本身很难获得直接的经济效益,真的走向市场,非消亡不可,而这类文化事业中又有许多无论从人类文明进步的角度还是从民族文化发展的角度看都是不能让它们消亡的,因此它们需要扶持,于是就产生了对文化事业进行赞助的问题,即应该赞助什么文化事业?为什么要赞助这些文化事业?应该由谁来赞助?本文将就这几个方面探讨赞助文化事业的理论依据。
