采用电弧熔炼法合成LaNi3.5合金,在950℃、真空条件下对合金退火6和12h。用XRD、SEM、In-situ XRD、P-C Isotherm表征合金的形貌结构和储氢性能。结果表明,铸态LaNi3.5合金中除了存在Ce2Ni7相之外,还有一定量的其他相。热处理后合金更加均匀,Ce2Ni7相含量增加。60℃和3MPa条件下,LaNi3.5合金的吸氢量~0.35H/M,在第一次吸氢过程中,并未出现明显的两相平台。原位衍射测试结果表明,LaNi3.5合金吸氢后呈现明显的各相异性膨胀。
The LaNi3.5 alloy was synthesized by electric arc melting and the alloy was annealed at 950 ℃ for 6h and 12h under vacuum. The morphology and hydrogen storage properties of the alloy were characterized by XRD, SEM, In-situ XRD and P-C Isotherm. The results show that there are some other phases besides the Ce2Ni7 phase in the as-cast LaNi3.5 alloy. After heat treatment, the alloy is more uniform and the content of Ce2Ni7 phase increases. Under 60 ℃ and 3MPa conditions, the amount of hydrogen absorption of LaNi3.5 alloy is 0.35H / M, and there is no obvious two-phase platform in the first hydrogen absorption process. In-situ diffraction test results show that, LaNi3.5 alloy after hydrogen absorption showed significant different phase expansion.
