本文在对武汉市港西雨水泵站出江消能设施局部塌陷的原因进行调查研究的基础上,提出了解决危及泵站消能设施安全的措施。从总结城市排水泵站出江消能设计经验出发认为:临江城市排水泵站出江消能设计,除应解决好汛期泵站大流量排水对江岸的冲涮和江水水流对消耗构筑物地基的淘涮外,旱季泵站小流量排城市污水时,亦不能忽视消能构筑物内水流下渗所造成的消能构筑物地基的渗流稳定性破坏,并提出了消能构筑物设计中应注意解决的一些问题。
