鸭梨黑心病是鸭梨贮藏期的主要生理性病害,发病轻者果心变褐色,发病重者果肉也变为褐色。鸭梨黑心病的发生原因和防治技术前人已经进行了大量的研究。鸭梨黑心病在冷藏条件下有2种类型:一种是前期发生黑心,多发生在鸭梨贮藏至第30-50天;另一种是后期黑心,多发生在鸭梨贮藏至第2年的2-3月,一般认为,前期黑心是由于降温过快而引起的一种冷害,后期黑心是由于果实衰老而引起。
