目的:研究右大脑半球对汉语语言的作用及病变时语言障碍的特点,探讨右半球的语言加工机制,为汉语语言障碍的康复提供依据.方法:用汉语失语症检查法(ABC) 、特别语言作业及相关神经心理学测验检查40 例右半球梗塞病人及40 名正常人.结果:病人组1 例为交叉性失语;7 例有疏忽性阅读;14 例有明显书写障碍;特别语言作业中词义匹配、篇章阅读、合体字抄写、成语解释、句子完成等明显异常.结论:右大脑半球参与汉语语言加工,右半球病变可产生不同类型的语言障碍“,”To understand the characteristics of the right hemishere functions on different components of Chinese, provide evidence for making a plan of rehabilitation of impaired language.Methods:Using the Aphasia Battery in Chinese(ABC), some special linguistic tasks and related neuropsychological examinations, we investigated 40 patients with single right hemisphese infarction(RHI) and 40 age, gender and education-matched normal controls(NC).Results:1 of 40 RHI patients suffered from crossed aphasia(2.5%); Except this case, 7 of 39 patients had neglective dyslexia; 14 of 40 patients had apparent writing disorder(35%); In the special linguistic tasks, the scores of tasks including matching meaning of word, reading narrative, copy exercise of the Chinese compound characters, idiomatic explanation, sentence completion and expression of the gesture language in RHI patients were lower than that in NC subjects ( P <0.05). Conclusoin:Right hemisphere played an important role in process of Chinese language disorders in Han.
