研究了水平安置燃烧柴油的改型瑞克管脉动燃烧器的燃烧特性。利用风机,使管内气流稳定流动,组合使用双旋流器和扩焰盘形成起始火焰并保证最大放热脉动在离进口四分之一处。试验表明,采取以上措施,改型瑞克管可以激发脉动燃烧,压力脉动频率在100Hz~110Hz,最大压力脉动的幅值约为3.8kPa,燃烧效率接近100%。还研究了管内稳定流速、旋流器和扩焰盘的轴向位置等对脉动燃烧的影响。发现在一定稳定流速的范围内,可以激发脉动燃烧,旋流器过分靠近进口和扩焰盘偏离进口四分之一处都会使压力脉动幅值降低和工作范围变窄
The combustion characteristics of retrofit Rick pulsating pulsation burners with horizontal placement of combustion diesel were investigated. The use of fans, the steady flow of air flow pipe, a combination of dual-cyclone and the expansion disk to form a starting flame and ensure that the maximum exothermic pulsation at a quarter from the entrance. The test shows that the above measures can modify the Rake tube to stimulate pulsating combustion. The pressure pulsation frequency is between 100 Hz and 110 Hz, the maximum pressure pulsation amplitude is about 3.8 kPa and the combustion efficiency is close to 100%. The effects of steady flow velocity inside the tube, the axial position of the cyclone and the flaring disk on the pulsation combustion were also studied. Found within a certain range of stable flow rate, can stimulate pulsatile combustion, cyclone excessively close to the inlet and diffuser disk away from the entrance of a quarter of the pressure pulsation will reduce the amplitude and narrow the scope of work
