实验分别采用大鼠和小鼠对Ⅱ号氟碳人造血的急性毒性进行探讨。结果表明:Ⅱ号氟碳人造血大鼠LD_(50)大于35g/kg,相当于175ml/kg;小鼠的LD_(50)为36.08g/kg,几乎无毒。大量输注存在脏器蓄积病理改变。毒性的大小与人造血乳剂的粒子大小、保存和运输方式有关。
Experiments were used in rats and mice on the second fluorocarbon hematopoietic acute toxicity were discussed. The results showed that LD_ (50) of Ⅱ fluorocarbon hematopoietic rats was greater than 35g / kg, which was equivalent to 175ml / kg. The LD_ (50) of mice was 36.08g / kg, which was almost nontoxic. A large number of transfused organs exist pathological changes. Toxicity is related to the particle size, preservation, and transport of human hematopoietic emulsions.
