目的 研究高血压对大鼠阴茎海绵体组织nNOS神经纤维的影响。方法 自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)和同系WKY鼠各 12只 ,都随机分为 4周观察组 (6只 )和 12周观察组 (6只 )。第 4周和第 12周末时 ,观察阴茎勃起功能 ,并检测阴茎组织nNOS神经纤维数目。结果 4周组和 12周组中 ,SHR和WKY鼠在阴茎勃起次数和阴茎组织nNOS神经纤维数目上 ,都有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。SHR 4周组和SHR 12周组 ,在阴茎组织nNOS神经纤维数目上 ,差异也有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阴茎勃起次数和勃起率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但有减少的趋势。结论 高血压使阴茎组织中nNOS神经纤维数目减少 ,这可能是高血压引起勃起功能障碍的发病机理之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of hypertension on nNOS nerve fibers in rat corpus cavernosum. Methods Twelve spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and syngeneic WKY mice were randomly divided into 4-week observation group (6) and 12-week observation group (6). Penile erectile function was observed at week 4 and week 12, and the number of nNOS nerve fibers in the penis was detected. Results SHR and WKY mice showed significant differences in the number of penile erections and the number of nNOS nerve fibers in the penile tissue between the 4-week group and the 12-week group (P <0.01). There were also significant differences in the number of nNOS nerve fibers between the SHR 4-week group and the SHR 12-week group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of penile erection and erection (P> 0.05) , But there is a decreasing trend. Conclusion Hypertension reduces the number of nNOS nerve fibers in the penile tissue, which may be one of the pathogenesis of hypertension-induced erectile dysfunction.
