舌癌是口腔器官中常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病年龄常见老年人.我们就1976～1986年间8例老年人口腔内有不良修复体致舌癌的患者报告如下: 十多年来就诊的8例舌癌患者口腔内均有不良修复体。其中活动托牙2例,固定桥基牙套冠破裂2例、固定桥套冠边缘不齐3例、全口托牙塞托过长1例。男性7例,女性1例。最大年龄70;最小年龄52岁,平均年龄58岁. 8例舌癌所发部位: 舌缘前2/3处3例; 舌缘后1/3处3例; 舌尖1例; 舌根部1例。
Tongue cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in oral organs, and the age of onset is common in the elderly. We report the following about 8 cases of oral tongue cancer in the oral cavity of an elderly population aged from 1976 to 1986: More than 10 years of treatment 8 Cases of tongue cancer patients have poor oral prosthesis. There were 2 cases of active denture, 2 cases of abutment crown fracture, 3 cases of missing edge of fixed bridge crown, and 1 case of full denture abutment. 7 males and 1 females. The maximum age of 70; the youngest age of 52 years, mean age 58. 8 cases of tongue cancer issued by the site: 2/3 before the edge of tongue in 3 cases; 1/3 tongue edge in 3 cases; tongue 1 case; .
