教师是教育的基础和关键要素,要培养高层次的合格人才,建设特色鲜明的一流学科,就要加强师资队伍建设。秘书学专业的应用性和实践性非常强,而本科秘书学专业起步较晚,在许多方面还处于发展建设中。在师资队伍建设中则面临着师资力量不足、专业性不强、实践经验不足、精力难以集中、师资结构不平衡、绩效考核不合理等现实问题。要从根本上解决这些问题,可以从培养目标、教师结构、绩效评价等方面入手,寻求合理有效的方法进行突破和解决。
Teachers are the basic and key elements of education. To train high-level qualified personnel and build distinctive and top-notch disciplines, we must strengthen the teaching staff building. The application and practicality of secretarial major is very strong, while undergraduate secretarial specialty started relatively late, and in many aspects is still under development and construction. In the construction of teaching staff, they are faced with the practical problems such as the shortage of teachers, the lack of professionalism, the lack of practical experience, the concentration of energy, the imbalance of teacher structure and the unreasonable performance evaluation. To fundamentally solve these problems, we can start from the training objectives, teacher structure, performance evaluation and other aspects, to find a reasonable and effective way to break through and solve.
