事业单位工会是在党组织领导下,联系职工建立和谐劳动关系,参与企业管理,参与技术创新,丰富职工精神的重要力量。摆脱旧的观念,建立新的机制,树立工会是单位日常管理不可或缺的环节,对单位事业发展起着巨大推动作用,需要工会做出相当的努力,既有外部体制机制上的,也有内部从思想到行动中的,有客观因素也有主观因素。只有直面这些问题,综合所有正能量,才能使工会工作发挥出应有的作用。
