随着改革开放政策的推进,我国出入境旅游业迅猛发展,现已经成为世界第四大入境旅游目的地,第一大出境旅游消费国。自2009年出入境旅游收支首次出现逆差后,逆差呈现不断扩大趋势。基于此,首先分析中国出入境旅游收支现状,并剖析产生逆差的原因,最后提出改善出入境旅游收支逆差的对策建议。 With the promotion of the reform and opening up policy, the rapid development of China’s entry-exit tourism has now become the fourth largest inbound tourist destination in the world and the largest consumer of outbound tourism. Since 2009, when the tourism receipts and disbursements of tourism went through a deficit for the first time, the deficit has been on the rise. Based on this, we first analyze the status quo of income and expenditure of Chinese inbound and outbound tourism, and analyze the reasons for the deficit. Finally, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the balance of payments deficit.
