超声造影技术有助于对患者肿瘤做出更迅速、准确的诊断与鉴别诊断,在检出患者占位性病变、定性诊断以及判断肿瘤活性方面,超声造影所获得的增强结果准确率高,并且超声造影剂所使用剂量小,对人体无明显毒副作用及过敏现象;肾癌在早期可没有明显的临床症状或体征,在肿瘤侵入肾盂肾盏后才可出现血尿等症状,故肾癌容易被漏诊或误诊为肾囊肿、多囊肾,临床确诊时多为晚期,因此提高肾癌的早期诊断准确性十分重要。普通超声检查对肾癌进行鉴别和诊断较为困难。近年来,随着超声照影技术的快速发展,明显提高了对肾癌病变的定位和诊断水平,提高了肾癌的检出率。肾脏超声造影可以常规显示肾动脉,提高肾动脉狭窄的检出率,弥补彩色多普勒超声检查的不足;对移植肾血管彩色多普勒检查有困难者也极有帮助。
