侵袭性垂体腺瘤是垂体腺瘤中常见的一种类型,介于良性垂体瘤与恶性垂体癌之间,其特点为肿瘤侵犯蝶筛窦、上斜坡、鞍底骨质及硬脑膜。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一大类细胞外基质降解酶,研究表明肿瘤侵袭和转移与MMPs存在相关性。MMP-1和MMP-9是MMPs家族的重要成员。通过分析和总结近年来的国内外相关文献,探讨MMP-1和MMP-9在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达及其与腺瘤侵袭性的相关性,以探求垂体腺瘤侵袭性可能的发病机制。
Invasive pituitary adenoma is a common type of pituitary adenoma, between benign pituitary adenoma and malignant pituitary adenocarcinoma, characterized by tumor invasion of the butterfly ethmoid sinus, supraspinatus, saddlebone bones and dura. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a group of extracellular matrix degrading enzymes that have been shown to correlate with tumor invasion and metastasis. MMP-1 and MMP-9 are important members of the MMPs family. By analyzing and summarizing the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years, the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-9 in invasive pituitary adenomas and their correlation with adenomas invasion were explored to explore the possible pathogenesis of invasive pituitary adenomas mechanism.
