在初中教育活动中,班主任班级管理质量的高低,能够直接关系到学生学习能力与基本素养的发展。在班级管理工作中,班主任作为引导者与组织者,有着自身特殊的工作内容和工作职能,关系着整个班级的前进方向,以及学生的学习与成长。本文以初中班主任班级管理为主要分析和探究对象,同时提出一系列科学恰当的管理策略。
In junior high school education activities, the quality of class-level management of class teachers can directly relate to the development of students’ learning abilities and basic literacy. In the class management, the class teacher as a guide and organizer has its own special work content and job functions, which are related to the progress of the entire class and the students’ learning and growth. In this paper, the junior middle school class teacher-level management as the main analysis and research object, at the same time put forward a series of scientific and appropriate management strategies.
