胆汁中胆固醇饱和是胆固醇结石形成中一个必要的但不是唯一的因素,其中非粘蛋白性糖蛋白(NMG)也参与作用,Harvey认为免疫球蛋白可能是这类糖蛋白,有关粘蛋白性糖蛋白的研究已很多,但对于NMG的了解还很少.为此作者进一步分析胆固醇和胆色素结石中NMG的成核性能.分别自单个胆固醇、多个胆固醇和黑色素结石各8例病人在胆囊切除术中收集结石和胆囊胆汁.剖开胆固醇结石,剥出其核心,用刀豆球蛋白A卵磷脂亲和色谱法游离出其中的NMG.黑色素结石先予压碎后再予处理.取胆固醇和黑色素结石的上清液加入Con-A琼脂糖凝胶的管柱内经结合所有含葡萄糖和甘露糖的NMG,用十二酯硫酸钠
