采用自乳化法制备了甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯改性水性聚氨酯(AWPU)乳液,并与环氧(EP)乳液混合,通过红外、差示扫描量热法和热重法表征了AWPU、EP、AWPU-EP乳液在上胶过程中发生的化学反应及其耐热性能。结果表明:在温度低于300℃时,AWPU-EP复合乳液的热失重介于AWPU乳液与EP乳液之间;当温度高于350℃时,AWPU-EP复合乳液具有较好的耐热性,其最大失重速率温度由EP乳液的312.8℃和AWPU乳液的321.6℃提高到410.2℃。用AWPU质量分数为20%和80%的AWPU-EP复合乳液分别对碳纤维上胶时,所得碳纤维的集束性较好,耐磨性能优于用EP乳液上胶的碳纤维。
The aqueous polyurethane (AWPU) emulsion was prepared by self - emulsification method and mixed with the epoxy (EP) emulsion. The AWPU, EP, EPO were characterized by infrared, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. AWPU-EP emulsion in the chemical reaction occurred during the heat and its heat resistance. The results show that the AWPU-EP composite emulsion has a weight loss between the AWPU emulsion and the EP emulsion at temperatures lower than 300 ° C, AWPU-EP composite emulsion has better heat resistance at temperatures above 350 ° C, The maximum weight loss rate temperature was raised from 312.8 ° C for the EP emulsion and from 321.6 ° C for the AWPU emulsion to 410.2 ° C. When AWPU-PP composite emulsion with 20% and 80% AWPU was used respectively, the obtained carbon fiber had better binding property and better wear resistance than carbon fiber coated with EP latex.
