目的:分析小草蔻的挥发油成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行分析。结果:分离出58种成分,鉴定了其中42种成分,并确定了相对百分含量。结论:该研究为小草蔻的开发利用提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the essential oil components of Xiao Cao Kou. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and the components of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
