提出了一种非破坏性和无盲区的孤岛检测新方法。分析了微网并网及孤岛2种状态下,负序网络的拓扑结构。根据负序网络等效阻抗的变化规律,提出了一种基于负序电压分配因子的孤岛检测方法。在IEEE Std.1547标准所定义的最恶劣情况下,对该方法进行了仿真验证,结果表明在电压和频率均处于正常范围的情况下,可快速有效地检测出孤岛的发生,且在电网非全相运行的情况下依然能够正确检测出孤岛,同时在伪孤岛发生情况下,也不会出现误判。
A new non-destructive and non-blind island detection method is proposed. The topology structure of negative sequence network is analyzed in the two states of microgrid and island. According to the variation law of the equivalent impedance of negative sequence network, an island detection method based on the negative sequence voltage distribution factor is proposed. The worst case scenario defined by IEEE Std.1547 is verified by simulation. The results show that the islanding can be quickly and efficiently detected under the condition of normal voltage and frequency, In the case of all-phase operation, the isolated island can still be detected correctly. In the case of a pseudo-island, no false positive judgment will occur.
